Lisa Richards is the Co-founder and Co-CEO of RPZL. Coming directly from a groundbreaking three years as the COO of a start-up Chinese entertainment company, she brings a wealth of marketing and business experience to RPZL. Previously, she had spent 15 years launching new entertainment initiatives worldwide, including the creation of brands, trademarks, media campaigns and special events. She is excited to put her game-changing vision and execution experience to work in an environment promoting women’s self-expression and beauty. Accessibility to having a “great hair day” everyday, weighed heavily on her decision to launch RPZL, as well.
