MONICA THORNTON Co-FounderMonica is our “Fancy-pants” Co-founder. She received her undergraduate degree from Smith College and her J.D from the School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. Having enjoyed a well-established career incubating international service and research organizations as an inspiring human rights lawyer, she brings with her over twenty years of experience in management and operations. Recently, as the Director of the Vera Institute of Justice’s International Program, she led bold, complex initiatives for the United Nations, the United Kingdoms’ Department of International Development, the Ford Foundation, and a myriad of governments. Not only is she the nicest person in the world, but very smart, too.
LISA RICHARDS Co-FounderLisa is our “Rock-star” Co-founder. She spent the last 15 years launching new entertainment and sports initiatives worldwide, including the creation of brands, trademarks, media campaigns, and special events. She has all kinds of innovative, creative marketing experience with trailblazing companies such as YOU On Demand (a leading Video On Demand start-up service provider in China delivering Hollywood movies to mobile and TV screens), World Wrestling Entertainment, Starz Encore Group and iN Demand. Her business development experience, fear-less entrepreneurial spirit, passion for fashion, and love of gorgeous hair led her to co-found RPZL.
